    Hello Everyone,

    My name is Patrick and I'm new to the forum. I am originally from New York but now live in Massachsetts. I worked as a pizza guy throughout high school at a great pizzeria in New York. It is extremely hard to find good pizza in the US outside of NY or NJ. I make my own pizza, just as I was taught in the pizzeria when I was a kid. I have a makeshift brick oven in my kitchen that works extremely well and produces some first rate, NY style pizza.

    I found this site while looking for some supplies, and I was very glad to find it. Looking forward to learning and sharing info.
