I feel your pain. We had the same crap here last month in Va. I promise it'll pass.

Hey Drake - saw it on the news this morning - you guy's got nailed! Enjoy the spring? It was so bad, people couldn't make it up the hill to go skiing - what's up with that?

Impressive... looks quite cool actually. If it were still January, that is

I'm sure it'll melt again really fast.

          Suck it up, baby.

Maybe you can weigh in the next time somebody asks "How far/close should I build my oven to the house?"

At least when there is snow, there are no mosquitoes. Hang in there.

Fire up oven it makes its own sunshine. Nothing beat winter like cooking in the snow...except possibly cooing at 72 degrees F.

I have shoveled out there in the past to fire the oven, but this time...too much snow!

We're hitting 100 for the first time tomorrow. I'd trade for some snow at this point!

I have a runner friend in Colorado who did 130 laps on an indoor track because there was too much snow to run outside -- even though it's starting to warm up. You don't want to know how nice it is at the coast. Sorry. :-(

I have heard that from some runners in our HOA meeting each year. "Plow the sidewalks so I can run". Can't those people shovel the sidewalks for exercise?

The Boston marathon was today -- the oldest and best (they say), and Big Sur marathon is Sunday -- the prettiest (they say). I'm still trying to decide whether to run fast, or enjoy the scenery, but I'm doing it. The shuttle leaves at 4AM. :-)
