This is not a Pizza book or a WFO book but I decided it reads well and most of the book can relate to what we do with our WFOs. The book is heavily footnoted with supporting information and research for the ideas presented. Three of the Four main sections relate directly to cooking, the first Whole Hog BBQ, the second Braising, the third Bread and the forth fermentation.

Just thought you might enjoy it as much as I.
