    If you fall off the scaffold as I did on Thursday just gone, dont use your right chesty bit and a plastic bucket to break your fall.
    All of my right side is bruised in the shape of a bucket..

    And I only fell 4'...

        I guess that you are lucky falling on the bucket rather than against the sharp edges of a stack of bricks.
        I think that you would have broken several ribs and taken a heap of skin from your chest. It huts just thinking about it!
        A good excuse to take a light week off eh?

        And I only fell 4'...
        As we get older, (well at lest it is the case for me), we hurt more and take longer to get over such incidents than when we were younger. I'd bet that 25 year ago, with the same fall, you would have got up, rubbed your chest and got on with the job!

          No ribs cracked and the bucket is ok, plus I didnt kick it...
