Hello, Forno Bravo Community Forum members.

As many may have noticed already, the Community Forum site was briefly down today. While working on scheduled routine maintenance, we encountered an error when trying to add a software update. As the site is now back up and running, some of you may notice that some recent data has been misplaced from November 10th up to today. We are currently working on resolving the issue. The forum has full operational capabilities and we encourage all forum members to continue actively posting in the threads.

    After 6 pizza's last night I let the oven cool to about 300 F and put in my pulled pork... This has become one of my favorites..

    2 Pork Loins
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 bottle Teriyaki Marinade
    1 green pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 white onion
    6 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
    and some assorted seasonings...

    It amazes me how it can slow cook all night and it comes out so tender, sweet and delicious, I went out to the still snow covered oven this morning at 6 am and took it out,,,, You already know what I am eating for breakfast... It was great with a few eggs..
