    I fired up the oven for the 1st time last night, Made some dough in the morning & by late afternoon the moment of truth came.

    We made a garlic & pesto pizza first. straight away I realised the oven was too hot.... she cooked real quick the floor was around 400c....slight charred on the base & a little uncooked in the middle but still real nice.
    Then we made a real one with the lot....

    floor was 380 & roof was 450........was the bomb....cooked another 3 just like that.... & today it tastes just as nice cold.

    cant wait to do it all again

      Now, Wasn't that fun!

      Good pizza and a heck of a story getting to this point.

      Time to let the next chapter begin, the oven is built and now is the time to learn to use the darn thing!
