  • Tandoori Chicken - Saturday!

    We took some chicken and coated it with a tandoori marinade and put it in the fridge for 2 hours, then fired the WFO up until it was 200C and put the chicken in on a wire tray over a roasting tin with water in it.

    Result - Success! Fab taste.

    Where can I find logs? I need more!
