We have set up this thread so that every member can address any concerns, issues and questions about the forum. Please feel free to ask whatever you would like in regards to the forum; let us know what issues you are experiencing so we can work on resolving them as fast as possible.     I tried out the Tuscan grill from Forno Brovo last weekend even though we got 6" of rain around here, I just had to cook something outside! It worked really well and left nice deep grill marks in the chicken. It worked great in the ash pit of the oven.I would like to make a rack for it so it could be adjusted a bit easier, the fire bricks work well for now.

    I also ordered some Caputo flour and will have to give that a go soon. Here is a pic of the grill in action.
