  • How about baking Baguettes?

    I've always been enchanted with the idea of opening a pastry shop with my own brick oven, but I've seen that most pizza ovens are not designed to do breads - but only for a small amount. How different is the temperature for most of these simple breads? I'm also thinking sweetbread. But that's later.
