    I have one of the rocking cutters and once I sharpened it a bit, it works very fast. I like it a lot and have used many times and have no missing fingers (touch wood).

    Then I got the pizza cutter from James (when I became a Journeyman) and use it all the time for the times when we cook two or three pies. It has a nice feel to the hand.

    I use the rocker when cooking mulitple pizzas during parties - for me that's when it really comes in handy. I think it's also a bit more scary looking for the guests - so it brings the cool factor up a bit...
